Custom Tattoo Process

• Every tattoo is designed specifically for you.
• Jake will bring your ideas to life through a thoughtful consultation, ensuring the final design reflects your vision.
• Designs are created on the day of your appointment in-studio, guaranteeing a one-of-a-kind piece of art tailored exclusively to you.

Flash Designs

• A curated selection of flash designs is also available.
• Flash designs can be selected during your appointment and may be chosen multiple times before being retired.

Studio Atmosphere

To maintain a calm and focused environment:

• Our studio is designed to accommodate one client at a time.
• We kindly request that you do not bring guests to your appointment.
• This allows us to provide the best possible experience for you and all our clients

How Booking Works

• Quarterly Openings:
  I open bookings every few months (up to three months in advance) for a 24-hour window. During this time, you can submit your request via the booking form linked on this website or in my Instagram bio.
• Stay Updated:
  Announcements about booking openings, guest spots, and availability are posted on my Instagram. Follow me there to stay informed and catch the next opportunity to grab a spot.
• Occasional Surprise Links:
  Sometimes I quietly upload the booking link to my Instagram bio without prior notice. This is your chance to snag a spot if you spot it early—keep an eye out!

Booking Fee

• A booking fee of €70 is required to secure your appointment date. This fee can be paid via card or app payment.
  
• The fee will be applied to the final price of your tattoo.
• It also allows you to reschedule your appointment once (in the same or following month, if a spot is available), provided you notify us at least 14 days in advance.
• Please note: The booking fee is non-refundable if you don’t show up or cancel your appointment.

Priority Access for Returning Clients

If you’ve already been tattooed by me, you’re part of the club! 🎉 You don’t need to wait for official booking announcements—just email me directly to arrange your next appointment.

Important Notes

• All appointments are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Due to the high volume of requests, my availability is limited, and not all submissions can be accommodated.

We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

Rescheduling

• Notify us at least 10 days in advance to reschedule your appointment without additional fees.
• Rescheduling requests made within 9 days or less of your appointment will require a new booking fee.

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations (without prior notice) will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee and cancellation of your option to reschedule.

Late Arrivals

• If you’re running late, please contact us immediately.
  • Arriving over 15 minutes late may impact the session and will be assessed case by case.
  • If you arrive 30 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be considered a no-show and forfeited.

We value your time and ours, and these policies help ensure a fair and efficient process for everyone. Thank you for understanding!

How long does it take to receive a response?

• When books are announced as open, you can expect a response within 1–2 weeks.
• Please note that due to high demand, this timeline may occasionally be extended.
• If books are not open, responses are generally not provided.

Hand/Finger Tattoos

• Finger tattoos: Not currently offered.
• Hand tattoos:
  • Require diligent aftercare and may need a follow-up session due to the increased likelihood of ink fading or fallout.
  • Hands are exposed daily to elements like water and sun, which can impact the longevity of the tattoo.
  • Please consider your lifestyle (e.g., upcoming vacations, work in food service) before committing to a hand tattoo.

Preparation for Your Appointment

• Stay hydrated, well-nourished, and avoid arriving hungover.
• Feel free to bring snacks and wear comfortable clothing.
• Keep the tattoo area moisturized and avoid excessive sun exposure for at least one week prior to your appointment.
• Important: I cannot tattoo sunburnt areas or individuals currently on Accutane.

Payment Methods

• Booking fees: Collected via credit card.
• Day-of payment: Preferred in cash or credit card.
  • Mobile payments are accepted, but additional fees may apply.

Machine vs. Handpoke Tattoos

• I specialize exclusively in machine tattoos.

Color Options and Pricing

• I currently offer red ink in addition to standard black ink at no additional cost.

Travel Plans to [Insert City/Country]

• At this time, I do not have any scheduled travel or guest appearances.
• If my travel plans change, I will announce updates in advance on Instagram.
• For now, you can find me in Milan at my private atelier.
